biYapsak provides event and restaurant discovery, plan creation, and nearby place and route information across Türkiye. Public transport routes are for Istanbul. When duty information is unavailable, ordinary pharmacies shown are not confirmed as on duty; in Istanbul, a link to the official chamber of pharmacists list is provided. Event and restaurant suggestions, planning and route information do not guarantee opening or transport availability. Directions are retrieved from a map provider when requested. Features using Google Maps are also subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service linked below.

You can browse events, places to eat and directions without an account; making plans, commenting, saving, joining and messaging need an account opened with Apple or Google. To open an account you must be 15 or over; by opening it with Apple or Google you confirm this. Accounts are personal: do not open an account for someone else or choose a name or username that makes you look like someone else. Names and usernames pass an automatic filter; unsuitable ones are not accepted. You are responsible for the security of the device on which your account is signed in.
Events you create, text you write and photos you choose are your responsibility. Follow the biYapsak community rules: share only real events; hate, harassment, threats, sharing others’ photos without permission, ticket scalping, gambling, drug or alcohol sales, content that could harm children and pretending to be someone else are not allowed. You are responsible for keeping the date, time, place and description of your events accurate and up to date; if an event changes or is cancelled, update it in the app. You keep the rights to your content. By sharing it you give us a free, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to store it, show it and technically adapt it for display (e.g. resizing) only within the biYapsak app. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Do not upload content you have no right to share.
The rules are largely applied automatically. Text containing unsuitable words is not published. Wherever you see other users’ content, you can report it and block its author. A child-safety report hides the content at once, on the first report, and is logged. When content is reported by a certain number of different accounts, its photo may be removed first and the content is then hidden automatically; an account whose content is hidden repeatedly may have public sharing paused for a period. Someone you block does not see you or your content, and you do not see theirs. If you think content was hidden by mistake, or you want to report something against the rules, write to destek@biyapsak.com. Meet people you do not know in busy, public places; in an emergency, call 112. biYapsak is not a party to meetings between users.
Some events in biYapsak come from Biletix and Etkinlik.io. Tickets are bought and paid for on these providers’ own sites under their terms; biYapsak does not sell tickets, take payments or see your payment details. Contact the relevant provider about tickets, refunds, cancellations and event changes. Event information from these sources may change; check the provider’s page for the final details. biYapsak does not handle payments for events created by users.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Settings. We may restrict or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the community rules, that turn out to belong to someone under 15, or that are used for unlawful purposes. Data of a closed account is deleted under the account deletion rules in the Privacy Policy. We may change or end biYapsak or the account service; the biYapsak record on your device then stays in place.
